ABA warns Mexico against regulating “essential inputs” in public comments
Regulations to go with Mexico’s revamped competition law show the new commission’s “state-of-the-art” approach to antitrust enforcement, the American Bar Association’s section of antitrust law said in comments published last week, but it admitted that some tweaks are needed on essential facilities, invitations to collude and cross-border price differences.
