$28m Unibanco bridge loan for oil exploitation in Brazil

Unibanco has extended a $28m bridge loan to BS-3 S.A., a sole purpose company incorporated by the Brazilian infrastructure group, Queiroz Galvão, and the Norwegian company, Northern Oil ASA, for the purposes of oil exploitation in the Coral, Estrela do Mar and BS-3 fields in Brazil. The transaction was closed on December 20.
