Colombian development plan gets financial boost from French lender

CMS Rodríguez-Azuero in Bogotá has helped the French Development Agency (AFD) lend 210 million euro (US$256 million) to the Republic of Colombia for the government’s National Development Plan, which is aimed at improving socioeconomic conditions in the country.
