Register for Latin Lawyer M&A conference next week Arminio Fraga is giving the keynote on day one.

Along with speakers from a range of Latin American and US law firms, the conference will feature in-house speakers from ACE Governança, Citibank, Credit Suisse, Goldman Sachs, Unbox Capital and the São Paulo stock exchange, B3.

Latin Lawyer Interactive M&A is co-chaired by Paola Lozano and Paul Schnell from Skadden, Arps, Slate, Meagher & Flom LLP in New York and Francisco Müssnich and Monique Mavignier of BMA - Barbosa, Müssnich, Aragão in Rio de Janeiro and São Paulo.

The event is split over two days, with two panels on each day.

Day two includes a fireside chat and Q&A between Gabriella Antici of Ace Global Equity in São Paulo and Verônica Dantas, co-founder of Opportunity Asset Management in Rio de Janeiro.
