Resolução n° 379 – alters the Collective Board Ordinance no. 356, enacted 23 March 23 2020, that regulates, extraordinarily and temporarily, the requirements for the production, importation and acquisition of medical equipment identified as priority to be used in the healthcare system, due to the International Public Health Emergency related to covid-19.

Portaria nº 369 – refers to the service of the single registry for social programmes of the federal government - "Cadastro Único", as referred to in Decree no. 6.135.

Portaria Interministerial nº 203 of the Chief of Staff Office (“Casa Civil”) – provides for the exceptional and temporary restriction for foreigners to enter the country, by air, as recommended by the National Health Surveillance Agency – Anvisa.

Portaria nº 1.915 – establishes, in the Secretariat of Radio Broadcasting of the Ministry of Science, Technology, Innovation and Communication, the suspension of administrative procedural terms and for the service to the public, due to the covid-19 pandemic.

Portaria nº 1.230 of the Ministry of Regional Development – recognises the state of public calamity in the State of Paraná/PR.

Portaria nº 1.203 of the Ministry of Regional Development – prorogates the terms for the presentation of forms and reports of tracking and evaluation of the implementation of investment projects considered a priority in the infrastructure field for the basic sanitation sector, with regard to items 7.1, 7.1.1 and 7.8 of Ordinance MDR no. 1.917, enacted 9 August 2019.

Deliberação nº 189 of the National Traffic Council – regulates the accomplishment of technical-theatrical lessons of the Driver Instruction Course remotely while the public health emergency caused by covid-19 endures.

Resolução n° 378 – regulates, extraordinarily and temporarily, the requirements for the importation, commercialisation and donation of pulmonary ventilators, vital signs monitors, oximetry equipment and used capnographs, essential in intensive care units, due to the international public health emergency related to covid-19.

Resolução n° 377 of the National Health Surveillance Agency - "ANVISA" – authorises, as a temporary and exceptional measure, the use of "fast tests" (imunochromatographic essays) for covid-19 in pharmacies; suspends the effects of Paragraph 2 of Article 69 and Article 70 of the Board of Directors' Resolution no. 44, enacted on 17 August 2009.

Portaria nº 10.763 of the Federal Budget Secretariat – changes the sources of funds contained in Law No. 13,978, of 17 January 17 2020, with regard to the Presidency of the Republic and the Ministry of Defense.

Recomendação nº 45 of the Regional Medicine Council of the State of Pernambuco – recommends the use of the Unified Score for Prioritization (EUP-UTI) for access to intensive therapy beds, ventilator assistance and palliation, as a means of ranking the severity of patients, in the absolute absence of sufficient beds to meet the therapeutic demand.

Portaria nº 552 of the National Institute of Social Security – authorises the automatic extension of illness-assistance benefits while the closure of agencies endures as a result of the international public health emergency arising from covid-19, in the specific conditions.

Portaria nº 262 – amends Ordinance no. 208, as of 18 March 2020, regarding the suspension of face-to-face service in the installations of the ANM (National Agency of Mining) in all of the national territory.

Decisão nº 83 – authorises, as an exceptional and temporary measure, the modification of passenger carrying aircraft using Patient Isolation Devices - PIDs.

Resolução No. 4.792 – the Brazilian National Monetary Council (CMN) authorises fintechs to issue cards and lend with BNDES funding.

Resolução n° 22 eliminates import tariffs on a range of items for medical and hospital usage, building on measures introduced 18 March.

Medida Provisória n° 927 provides the employment-related measures that can be adopted by companies in order to deal with the state of emergency arising from the COVID-19 crisis. 

Decreto Estadual SP n° 64.881 quarantines the state of São Paulo, in the context of covid-19. 

BNDES issues official information announcing immediate socio-economic measures that aim to help mitigate the effects of the coronavirus pandemic in Brazil, including the possibility of granting the temporary suspension for a period of up to six months of amortisation of loans contracted with BNDES by companies affected by the crisis. 

Provimento n° 91 – National Court of Justice suspends or reduces assistance to the public, as well as the suspension of extrajudicial services under the responsibility of notaries and registrars. It also outlines interim expedient measures and preventive measures to reduce risks of covid-19 contamination. 

Provimento nº 08/2020 provides for preventive measures to be adopted in the extrajudicial banknote and registry services of the state of São Paulo in relation to the covid-19 virus. 

Portaria Conjunta nº 132 restricts entry into the country, by land, of foreigners from Uruguay, as recommended by the National Health Surveillance Agency (Anvisa).

Decreto nº 64.879 recognises a state of public calamity resulting from the covid-19 pandemic in the state of São Paulo. 

Provimento nº 22/2020 – the Court General of Justice of the State of Rio de Janeiro temporarily authorises the suspension of extrajudicial services and extends the validity periods of protocols, qualifications and practices of notarial acts and registrations.
