Official Letter No.1149 – the Financial Market Commission clarifies the scope of regulations to facilitate remote participation and electronic signature of minutes.

20 April

ACT Nº 53-2020 – the Chilean Supreme Court establishes a set of norms that balance the protection of public health with the continuity of the judicial service.

The National Consumer Service (SERNAC) publishes the interpretative circular on supplier’s good practices in the context of the covid-19 pandemic.

The Ministry of Health requests a pronouncement of the Comptroller General of Chile on the communication of health data on patients diagnosed with covid-19.

Exempt Resolution No. 282 – Ministry of Health establishes the obligation of using masks in certain places and circumstances.

16 April

Excenta Resolution Nº335 – declares permit requirement and imposed by the RE280 of Civil Aeronautical Board (Junta de Aeronáutica Civil) will be in full force for companies operating under a regular flight authorisation regime.
