Discounted tickets for Latin Lawyer Live Tax still available
Today is the last day you can buy tickets for Latin Lawyer Live 4th Annual Tax – which takes place in New York on 2 December – at a super early ticket price.
The event will take place at Omni Berkshire Place in New York on 2 December. The co-chairs are Andrés Sánchez from Cuatrecasas and Celso Costa from Machado Meyer Advogados.

Following a soon-to-be-announced morning keynote, the first panel will concentrate on outbound perspectives – including the consequences of the 2017 US tax reform for investments in Latin America.
The second panel on the digital economy will cover two topics, including taxation and cryptocurrency, and the digital economy.
A networking lunch will split the event in two parts, followed by an afternoon keynote on the latest trends in Latin American tax reforms.
Tax related to funding operations in the region is the topic of the third panel. Speakers will consider tax regulations’ impact on cross-border financing structures and cash-pooling arrangements.
Panel four will discuss disclosure of uncertain tax positions, including current and proposed disclosure obligations for companies.
The final panel of the day will discuss the impact of BEPS actions and tax reforms on M&A and cross-border transactions in the region, with a focus on the indirect transfer of assets.
