Speakers from Moody's and Standard & Poor's will give their perspective on Mexico and debt-laden state oiler Pemex at the Latin Lawyer - GRR 4th Annual Restructuring Summit, which will be held next week on 11 July at Paul Hasting LLP’s office in New York.
Economist and managing director of Latin American Sovereign Ratings at Standard & Poor’s, Lisa Schineller, and senior vice president at Moody's, Pete Speer, will weigh in on the state of Mexico's economy and Pemex in the event’s first panel.

Also on the panel is the chief economist at Mexico’s Ministry of Finance under the Peña Nieto administration, Luis Madrazo Lajous, and former assistant director of refining at Pemex, Bernardo de la Garza. Ritch, Mueller, Heather y Nicolau, SC name partner Thomas Heather returns to moderate this timely discussion.
