Survey highlights scant change to women partner numbers

The average percentage of partner positions at Latin Lawyer 250 firms held by women is now 23%, barely more than the number we reported when we began tracking partner diversity back in 2013.

We counted women in the partnerships at firms listed in the 2019 edition of the Latin Lawyer 250 as part of an upcoming series on the gender pay gap, which will be published online later this week.
