Dual nationals win damages in Venezuela arbitration claim
Two Spanish-Venezuelan nationals have won US$366 million in a treaty claim against Venezuela over the expropriation of their food businesses – after a jurisdictional skirmish led them to withdraw claims with respect to investments they acquired when they did not hold Spanish nationality.
