Mexico’s Creel García-Cuéllar leads LatAm equity capital markets table

Creel, García-Cuéllar, Aiza y Enriquez SC steered the most equity capital markets transactions in Latin America throughout November and December, followed by local counterpart Mijares, Angoitia, Cortés y Fuentes SC and Brazil’s BMA - Barbosa, Müssnich, Aragão.

Latin Lawyer received submissions for 17 equity capital markets transactions that took place in the two-month period. Fifteen local law firms and two international outfits advised on the deals, which raised a combined US$3.6 billion. In comparison, Latin Lawyer recorded seven transactions in October, raising US$2.2 billion.
