Pérez Alati and Shearman in most debt deals in Spanish-speaking LatAm

Argentina’s Pérez Alati, Grondona, Benites & Arntsen and international law firm Shearman & Sterling LLP advised on the most debt capital markets transactions in Spanish-speaking Latin America during November and December, according to Latin Lawyer’s latest research.

Latin Lawyer recorded more than 50 debt transactions outside Brazil, involving 37 local law firms and 10 international outfits in November and December. The deals’ combined value was US$15 billion. In comparison, there were 23 debt offerings in October, which raised US$8.1 billion.
