Cescon, Barrieu, Flesch & Barreto Advogados advised on more debt capital market deals reported to Latin Lawyer than any other Brazilian law firm in November and December last year, while Pinheiro Neto Advogados’ transactions had the highest combined value.

Eighteen local law firms and five international outfits reported some 85 debt capital market transactions to Latin Lawyer over the two-month period. They helped Brazilian companies raise more than US$11 billion in total. In comparison, law firms announced nearly 30 deals, which raised US$4.8 billion, in October.
