Deal of the Year shortlists announced for M&A and private equity

Latin Lawyer is delighted to announce the shortlisted transactions for the private equity and private and public M&A categories of its 13th annual Deal of the Year Awards.

For each category, three transactions have been selected for the shortlist and are listed below. The winners will be announced on the night of our charity awards ceremony at the Hotel Palácio Tangará in São Paulo on Wednesday 10 April.

The dinner is being held in aid of three of the region’s pro bono clearinghouses. They are Pro Bono Chile Foundation, Venezuela's ProVene and the IPB in Brazil. More information and tickets are available here.

We congratulate all the lawyers who took part in these leading transactions and look forward to presenting them with awards. The shortlists for the remaining categories will be announced over a series of upcoming briefings.
