Perenco snaps up Petrobras shallow-water fields

Machado Meyer Advogados in Rio de Janeiro has helped Petrobras sell its entire stake in three shallow-water fields for US$370 million as the oil and gas company continues divesting assets.

The purchaser, Anglo-French oil and gas group Perenco, relied on Herbert Smith Freehills LLP in London and Pinheiro Neto Advogados in Rio de Janeiro.
