Pinheiro Neto Advogados worked on more debt capital markets deals than any other Brazilian firm between July and September, while Pinheiro Guimarães’ transactions had the highest combined deal value, according to Latin Lawyer’s latest research.

Twenty-one local law firms and 12 international outfits helped Brazilian companies tap some US$19 billion from the debt capital markets during the three-month period. Firms submitted nearly 130 Brazilian deals to Latin Lawyer.
