Arnold & Porter in Washington, DC, and New York has helped the Republic of Colombia raise US$2 billion in a public offering, following unprecedented institutional demand.

The joint bookrunners relied on Sullivan & Cromwell LLP in New York and Washington, DC, and Brigard Urrutia in Bogotá. The government launched the issuance on 4 October and it will close on 12 October.
