The Washington, DC, New York and Chicago offices of Skadden, Arps, Slate, Meagher & Flom LLP; Pérez Alati, Grondona, Benites, Arntsen & Martínez de Hoz (h) in Buenos Aires; Larrain y Asociados in Santiago; Bustamante & Bustamante in Quito; Miranda & Amado Abogados in Lima; and Sáenz & Asociados in San Salvador have helped US electricity generation company Duke Energy sell US$1.2 billion worth of assets across Latin America to US private equity company I Squared Capital.
