Easing capital formation would boost infrastructure investment

New financing instruments being introduced in Mexico, Brazil and Colombia will make it more attractive to invest in infrastructure, but more needs to be done to facilitate capital formation in the region, heard delegates at Latin Lawyer’s 4th Annual Corporate Finance conference held in New York last Monday.
