To ensure that mergers are cleared as quickly as possible, antitrust lawyers need to work closely with regulators when trying to find remedies for the competition concerns that the authorities are likely to flag up, a panel of antitrust specialists told an audience at Latin Lawyer’s third annual M&A Conference.
