Argentine peer-to-peer lender gets multilateral backing
Brown Rudnick LLP in Boston, London and New York; Pérez-Llorca in Madrid and New York; and Tanoira Cassagne Abogados and Marval, O'Farrell & Mairal in Buenos Aires have helped Latin American peer-to-peer lending service Afluenta obtain a loan from private equity group Elevar and the International Finance Corporation (IFC), believed to be the first time the IFC has backed a crowdlending provider.
