Advisers innovate in UPS/Challenge Air deal

United Parcel Service Co is in a position to make itself the largest air cargo and express carrier in Latin America - thanks to two US law firms with Latin American expertise. The two firms innovated a deal last year that made it possible for UPS to purchase Challenge Air Cargo (a Miami-based cargo airline) throughout the region.
