24 hr closing for Quiñenco deal

Philippi, Yrarrázaval, Pulido & Brunner has helped Quiñenco subsidiary Inmobiliaria Norte Grande acquire an eight per cent stake in shipping line Sud Americana de Vapores – in a deal that closed in less than 24 hours.The transaction was sealed on 6 April, with Claro y Cía advising the seller, Maritima de Inversiones.
