Mr Serrano Redonnet is a transactional lawyer with experience in corporate finance, mergers and acquisitions, joint ventures, domestic and international debt and equity securities offerings, debt restructurings and workouts, PE and VC investments, project finance, derivatives, securitisation and structured financial transactions, and general corporate law. His practice also includes advice on the regulation of banks and financial institutions, on corporate governance issues and on public-private partnerships.
Education: Received his LLM degree from Harvard Law School (1996). He graduated as a lawyer from the Argentine Catholic University (1990 – Gold Medal Award to the top graduate of the class).

Currently holds positions in the board of directors and on the Supervisory Committees of several corporations.
He has taught graduate courses at the University of Buenos Aires and the Argentine Catholic University, where he currently lectures on corporate finance and capital markets. He is regularly invited as a speaker in domestic and international seminars and congresses, and has also authored several articles on capital markets and corporate law.
