He was previously with J et B Cremades et Associés, Paris, France (1996), Sidley, Austin, Brown and Wood, New York, US (2002–2003) and Claro y Cía, Santiago (1998–2007). He has concentrated his practice in M&A transactions, representing both purchasers and sellers. He also focuses his practice in corporate finance and capital markets, particularly in cross-border financings and secured transactions, advising foreign banks, foreign corporations and international financial institutions; and representing both issuers and underwriters in capital markets transactions. In 2003 he was chosen as one of the 20 best Chilean lawyers under the age of 40 by Latin Lawyer magazine. He is the author of “L’accord francochilien sur l’encouragement et la protection réciproque des investissements.
