Ricardo Tosto is a founding partner of Leite, Tosto e Barros Advogados. He has dedicated over 22 years to the practice of business law, and specializes in civil and commercial litigation, credit recovery, M&A, banking, corporate restructuring, international law and electoral law.
Mr. Tosto is a graduate of Universidade Presbiteriana Mackenzie, with post graduate studies in Business Administration at FAAP.
Mr. Tosto is a member of the Brazilian Bar Association, the International Bar Association, and the Law Firms and Partnerships Research Centre (CESA). He is a former president of the São Paulo OAB Commission for Modernisation of the Judiciary, and a founding member of the Brazilian Institute for Electoral and Party Law Research (IBEDEP).He is the author of several articles and reviews published in specialized journals, and is a frequent speaker on legal topics at conferences and events. He is co-author of the book O Processo de Tiradentes.
