Selva Quintero excels on procedural civil, constitutional and administrative law, providing legal counsel to multinationals operating in the power generation and public utilities sector, before the National Authority of Public Services and the Supreme Court of Justice. She served as pro bono assistant to the Public Defender’s Office of the Supreme Court of Justice (1999), assistant to the Chief Justice (1999–2001), and assistant to the Secretary General of the Supreme Court of Justice. She is also a professor of bachelor and postgraduate degree courses.

Education: Latin University of Panama (master’s in administrative law, 2010), (Specialisation in administrative law, 2009); University of Panama (postgraduate degree in Higher Education, 2006), (postgraduate degree in mediation, 2003), (bachelor of law and political science, Honour Chapter, Sigma Lambda, 1998).

Membership: Panamanian Bar Association, Colombian–Panamanian Procedural Law Institute.
