Juan Carlos has worked at Swidler & Berlin, a Washington, DC law firm, merged with New York City's Shereff, Friedman, Hoffman & Goodman, to become Swidler Berlin Shereff Friedman. He was in charge of foreign investment matters in Latin America.
He specialises in finance, capital markets, M&A, real estate and land use. Represents companies engaged in infrastructure, projects, industrial, and retail sectors. He advises on financial transactions, complex securities issues, important real-estate projects; especially focused on acquisition, purchase, split-up, sale and separation of business, operations and/or assets.
He participated in the largest M&A transactions made in the past year in Perú.
Professor for the Specialisation Business Programmes: mergers and acquisitions law; and market law courses, both at ESAN University.
