Lourdes Catrain is the Director of the International Trade and Investment Group in Europe. Her practice focuses on European Union (EU) trade, World Trade Organization (WTO), customs matters and trade defence investigations such as anti-dumping, anti-subsidy and safeguards. She advises on the WTO compatibility of EU legislation and measures in connection with market access issues and trade remedies. She represents clients on EU and trade matters before the European courts. She assists companies and sovereign governments with trade agreement negotiations before the European institutions.
