Former member of the legal department of Banco Central de Reserva de El Salvador and board member of other bank institutions. Former president of Financiera Nacional de la Vivienda. Former Substitute Justice of the Supreme Court. Legal counsel to the Salvadorean Chamber of the Construction Industry. Member of the Arbitration Center of the El Salvador’s Chamber of Commerce. He has actively participated in local and international arbitration before the AAA, ICC, IACAC, CANACO, CENAC and ICSID. Languages: Spanish and English.
