Nicole Nehme is one of our founder partners and leads the Competition and Economic Regulation Practice. Nicole is one of the most prestigious professionals in the country in her fields of expertise, and has led all international and national rankings in these matters. She has a vast and diverse experience, and has advised clients on virtually all Chilean markets, whether or not subject to economic regulation, as well as various government bodies in Chile and abroad.
Nicole is not only an expert on Competition and Economic Regulation Law, but has become a lawyer who also gives advice on purely economic and public policy matters, working with leading economists in the country and abroad. Her work links her closely to the areas of Litigation and Public Law and Government.
Nicole is also a professor at the University of Chile and the Adolfo Ibáñez University, and also teaches postgraduate courses in other Universities in the country. She lectures on public policy seminars. She also has a variety of publications on matters of Antitrust and Economic Regulation.
