An expert in corporate and regulatory law, Mr. Ferrer has extensive experience in advising Spanish and international clients on corporate transactions, mergers and acquisitions, joint investments and financing, and also on economic competition in the consumer, infrastructures, healthcare and real estate sectors.
With over 15 years’ experience, he previously worked in international law firms in Mexico City, New York and Chicago.
