Mr Aldo Reggiardo Denegri is a partner of the firm, and his professional practice is focused on corporate and financial issues in general. He specializes in structured, corporate and banking finance, mergers and acquisitions, capital markets, and project finance in the infrastructure, energy and mining sector.
Mr Reggiardo has extensive experience in mergers and acquisitions, restructuring of liabilities of insolvent companies and in the issuance of debt and equity, both in the local market as well as in the principal international markets. Also, he has extensive experience in project financing and development, and advising banks and financial institutions.
Prior to joining the firm, he has been an International Attorney at the offices of Cravath Swaine & Moore LLP in New York (2001-2002).
