Pablo Hooper leads the firm’s intellectual property practice and has over 22 years of experience providing expert counsel, for both domestic and foreign clients, in intellectual property, franchising and entertainment law, as well as litigation thereof. He has also assisted and discussed with the Mexican Congress several amendments to trademark and franchise regulations in Mexico since 2006.
Mr Hooper has been recognised by different national and international organisations in his field of practice. He is professor at the law school of the Universidad Panamericana and the Escuela Libre de Derecho and publishes articles related with his practice.
Mr Hooper actively participates in the IFA, the ABA, and is founder of the Sports, Entertainment and Culture Committee of the National Business Lawyers Association in Mexico. He has participated as speaker in conferences and seminars around the world organised by, among others, the University of Texas, the IFA, the IBA and the ABA.
