M&A and finance: This team handles complex acquisition structures involving local and cross-border, private and listed companies. They have extensive experience in advising companies in corporate matters including incorporation of Peruvian subsidiaries, franchise agreements and joint ventures. They also offer significant advice on designing, structuring and implementing project financing, multilateral and development finance, debt issues, investment and venture capital funds, etc.
Infrastructure projects: The firm provides legal advice in infrastructure projects, public services and construction, covering all phases of the project.
