Raffaele is a New York qualified associate based in New York, with experience in the financing, development and management of domestic and international power, energy and infrastructure-related projects, primarily in Latin America. He has particular experience in the drafting, negotiation and enforcement of project documents for energy projects with a focus on construction contracts. Prior to joining White & Case, Raffaele worked as in-house counsel for a leading multinational energy company.

His recent experience includes:

  • Representation of Invenergy in the acquisition of, and project financing for, the 70 MW Campo Palomas Wind Farm in Uruguay.
  • Representation of the EPC contractor in the engineering, design, procurement and construction of the Salem Harbor 674 MW combined cycle power plant in Salem, Massachusetts.
  • Representation of the EPC contractor in the engineering, design, procurement and construction of the San Marcos 50 MW wind farm in San Marcos de Colón, Honduras.
  • Representation of the EPC contractor in the engineering, design, procurement and construction of the Cerro de Hula II 24 MW expansion of the existing wind farm in Cerro de Hula, Honduras.
