Gallo Barrios Pickmann has hired white-collar crime and compliance partners Marcello Croci, 43, and Claudio Cajina, 44, along with disputes counsel José Miguel Cárdenas, 54, from now-defunct Croci Silva & Cajina Abogados. Meanwhile, García Sayán has entered a strategic alliance with BH Compliance, a Chilean outfit that provides non-legal compliance advice and monitoring. Both developments occurred late last month.
