Corral Rosales and Carmigniani Pérez have dissolved their four-year combination, ending a landmark tie-up between two of Quito and Guayaquil's most respected firms and marking another major break-up in Ecuador's legal market.

Quito's Corral Rosales and Guayaquil's Carmigniani Pérez quietly parted ways in June. Corral Rosales has since merged with an IP boutique, while Carmigniani Pérez retains its entire operation in Guayaquil. Both firms opened new offices in each other's city last month, each staffing them with four associates respectively.
