Six national and two foreign banks with local subsidiaries acted as initial purchasers. The majority relied on their in-house team, but several relied on external advice. Fiorio, Cardozo y Alvarado Abogados represented Banco Familiar, while it is thought Avalos Brunetti Abogados and Estudio Jurídico GGBSL advised Banco Solar and Banco GNB respectively, but this could not be confirmed prior to publication.
