Graña y Montero (GyM) relied on both firms to restructure a credit facility worth US$150 million with a syndicate of banks, adding an addendum so it can pay off the loan using non-strategic assets over the medium-term. Skadden, Arps, Slate, Meagher & Flom LLP in New York and Muñiz Ramírez Pérez-Taiman & Olaya in Lima advised the syndicate of banks, which are led by Credit Suisse’s Cayman branch.
