Chile’s Guerrero Olivos has absorbed labour boutique Estudio García de la Pastora and revealed plans to launch a transfer pricing spin off as new tax and labour reforms come into force.

Guerrero Olivos announced its merger with Estudio García on Monday. The boutique’s head, Rocío García de la Pastora, 39, joins the firm as counsel and will now helm its labour practice. She arrives at Guerrero Olivos alongside her colleague, Sergio Fuica, who focuses his practice on labour and constitutional affairs. Fuica, 29, starts as an associate.
