Ferrere signs up to UN global gender equality campaign

Ferrere (Uruguay) has become the first Uruguayan firm to join the United Nations (UN) HeForShe initiative, which aims to engage men and boys in the fight for gender equality.

Partner Verónica Raffo, a member of the firm’s diversity board, says joining the UN initiative will help institutionalise the firm’s gender equality efforts. “Being part of the initiative means we can better spread practices within the firm and drive other organizations to take similar routes. We want to share our best practices,” she adds.
