EC Legal and Rubio Villegas begin merger talks

EC Legal is in merger talks with fellow Mexican firm Rubio Villegas & Asociados, in a tie-up that expands both firms’ national presence.

Full-service firm EC Legal counts 40 lawyers in total and has offices in Mexico City, Querétaro, Ciudad Juárez and Iruapuato, as well as a desk in León. The firm was established following a merger between Enriquez, González, Aguirre y Ochoa and CBS Abogados in 2014.
