Brazilian state-owned energy company Petrobras is relying on local firm Mattos Filho, Veiga Filho, Marrey Jr e Quiroga Advogados and Hogan Lovells LLP in Rio de Janeiro and Washington, DC to sell its gas pipeline network in the country’s southeast, in a landmark transaction that may radically change the country’s mid-stream hydrocarbons market.
